Fishing is one of Welcome to Elderfield's core activities. Reach the Lakefront through the Sewers from the Park entrance, then speak to Fisherman Herb there to learn how to fish.

Equip a fishing rod and use bait that matches the body of water where you plan to fish. Choose your bait before waiting for a bite.
How the fishing minigame works
When a fish bites, a fishing meter appears and the minigame begins. Repeatedly click while the moving arrow is over the blue bar until the progress bar fills to catch the fish.
Practical beginner tips
Start at the Lakefront after speaking with Fisherman Herb. Before each cast, make sure your rod is equipped and that the bait matches the water. During the minigame, watch the moving arrow rather than clicking continuously outside the blue bar.
